Beyond Biscuits 無油健康芝麻堅果餅乾

重新寫食譜紀實感覺很好
我的初衷從未改變

分享這款第一次試做的超健康餅乾
其實簡單卻也是最不簡單
不只食材要嚴選
要能完美呈現
沒有一樣省心省事的
 
Ingredients: 
黑芝麻粒   50g
白芝麻粒   30g
紅棗     40g
核桃     40g
蛋白     2顆
玉米粉 1Tbsp
蜂蜜     1Tbsp


Method:
1.      先把紅棗洗淨擦乾去籽切成細小狀，核桃也切碎，備用
2.      取一料理盆中把蛋白和蜂蜜混合攪拌均勻
3.      加入紅棗核桃和黑白芝麻粒一起攪拌均勻
4.      最後加入玉米粉以切拌方式混合均勻如圖下
5.      取一大湯匙芝麻團約20g 放入圓形模具中，把它壓平壓緊實
      輕輕地脫模按間隔整齊排放在鋪了烤盤紙的烤盤上
6.    入已預熱180度c烤箱烤約20分鐘即完成
7.   剛烤好有點軟待稍冷卻會變硬脆這時候享用最美味
        吃不完放入密封罐保存，吃時再加熱稍冷卻會恢復香脆

忘了說，我的圓形模具6cm可做12顆
如果沒有同款可以用自家有的模具，大小厚薄完全可以自定
