Cheese, Tomato & Basil Muffins 番茄起司馬芬
最近情緒很亂很矛盾,很多事似乎都停滯不前..
連最愛的格子也是一樣
希望低潮能趕快過去...
提心給力來做一道英式Cheese, tomato & basil muffins
原文食譜分享如下: 我把材料減半,第一次只試做4個.
Ingredients: Makes 8
spray oil, for oiling
150g self-raising flour
1/2 tsp salt
100g fine cornmeal
65g cheddar cheese
50g sun-dried tomatoes , chopped
2 tbsp chopped basil
1 egg, lightly beaten
300ml milk
2tbsp extra virgin olive oil
butter, to serve
Method:
1. Lightly oil muffin tin holes with spray oil. Sift the flour and salt into a bowl and stir in
the cornmeal, 50g of the cheese, the tomatoes and basil. Make a well in the centre.
2. Beat the egg, milk and oil together in a separate bowl , pour into the well and stir together
until just combined. the batter should remain a little lumpy.
3. Divide the batter between the prepared muffins holes and scatter over the remaining cheese.
4. Bake in a preheated over 180'C for about 20-25 minutes.
