介紹一下這款麵包的由來及特色:

我的材料及作法分享如下:
Ingredients:
高筋麵粉 200g
全麥麵粉 100g
黃砂糖 10g
溫牛奶+水
190ml
海鹽 1/2 tsp
奶油 25g
麵粉 (for dusting)
Method:
1. 麵粉+鹽混合後過篩加入切成小塊的奶油用手指捏碎
2. 加入糖,酵母,牛奶和水混合攪拌均勻後揉成光滑麵糰
3. 第一次靜置發酵40分鐘呈兩倍大
4. 把發酵完成的麵糰分割成6等份再搓成扁圓形
並放在鋪了烤紙的烤盤上發酵約30分鐘
5. 撒上些許麵粉並用手指在每個麵糰上戳個洞
6. 入已預熱180度c烤箱烤約20分鐘呈金黃色即可出爐囉!

刪除一般我都用1茶匙大約4-5g
