從一款餅乾
遇見十年前的自己
燕麥是我很喜歡的食材
據說有N種吃法
Porridge是我家餐桌上的常客
不是那種即食用泡的
是傳統用小火熬煮
兩份水+一份無糖豆漿
要不時攪拌煮到濃稠
可甜可鹽
老爺有甜牙齒加少許黑糖、肉桂粉、莓果、堅果、香蕉
我，心會發白(怕)糖都吃鹹口味
美麗假期第二天
早起突然好想吃
是那種大大厚實香脆吃一片就很過癮有飽足感
剛好家裡材料都有實在太好了
這款是早期開始玩烘焙做過紀錄
非常樸實平易卻耐吃的餅乾
口感卻完全不無聊
沒有加奶油所以不用打發
除了燕麥還加了全粒粉及莓果和堅果
天然高纖低脂少糖完全健康取向

不過這幾年換過烤箱
實際烘烤溫度請依照自家烤箱脾氣微調喔
這次用200度C烤約15分鐘
另外我只喜歡全程純手工製作的烘焙糕點
包括最拿手的司康只有這樣做才能做到美貌+美味
這款純手工製作的餅乾無添加
吃不完可裝入保鮮袋保存兩三天沒問題
過後就要放冰箱冷藏保存
吃之前回烤一下美味不變喔

沒想到我竟然也能將日常愛吃的簡單料理寫出來
還自己學習手做健康的麵包和各式簡易健康糕點
時常把食物當實驗初次嘗試就拿來分享
雖然不是很成熟但每個的第一次都彌足珍貴
把做菜當作畫一樣，果然easy 多了
